1. Order Processing & Production Time
• Non-custom products: Processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made products (e.g., smart films, smart glass): Require a production lead time of 7-10 business days before shipping.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
After processing and production (if applicable), shipping times are as follows:
Canada & USA:
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
• Delivery times vary but typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Note: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs & Duties
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Filmbase Canada Online is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@filmbase.ca.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Filmbase Canada Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some oversized or hazardous items may have special shipping restrictions. This will be indicated on the product page if applicable.
